PLEASE NOTE – If you buy this item you will receive a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD and not a finished, physical item. All design formats included will be sent to you via email in a single zip file and you must have a way to download this file to your computer, as well as a means to unzip the file and transfer it to your cutting machine.

You’ll be able to download your file immediately after payment is received.

You’ll receive files to make this card in a zip file containing the following file formats (PLEASE CONSULT YOUR MACHINE’S INSTRUCTIONS TO CHECK THE CORRECT FORMAT):

– SVG (file with separate layers for use in machines that use SVG files)

– DXF File (file for Silhouette Studio Basic Edition)

– EPS File (file for use with Silhouette Business Edition)

– PDF File (for hand-cutting)

– PNG File – a high resolution (300 dpi) file with a transparent background for use as clipart

Should you receive a damaged file, please let me know and I will happily exchange it for a new one or send it in another format. If you’d like these files in another format or have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

DOWNLOADING YOUR FILES AFTER PURCHASE:

After you’ve purchased a digital file, you’ll see a ‘View your Files’ link which will take you to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all files associated with your order.

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid via PayPal or a credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes.
You’ll also receive a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from PayPal.
